a) Remove all old existing floor coverings. Screw floorboards (timber or chipboard) down firmly and sweep clean. You are ready for NO MORE PLY

b) Run two small beads of Mega Strength Polyurethane Adhesive on the back of NO MORE PLY. Lay in position and screw down using 25mm NO MORE PLY screws. Screws must be inserted with a cordless screwdriver and eight screws per sheet is usually sufficient. Always stagger joints, i.e. brick bond.

c) Run a small bead of Mega Strength Polyurethane Adhesive on the edge of the laid boards and lay the next board down again with 25mm NO MORE PLY screws. This method seals and reinforces the joints. WARNING Mega Strength is an amazingly strong waterproof glue, always wear gloves and wipe off excess glue with an old cloth. Use solvent in case of spillage

d) For straight cuts score with the NO MORE PLY Scoring knife and snap. For curves and shapes use a jigsaw or nibble round pipes with tile nippers. 9mm boards may need 3 to 4 scores before snapping.

e) When the floor's complete, sweep clean and you are ready for tiling. Priming the boards with SBR Multi Purpose Primer (one part SBR to three parts water) will improve adhesion. Alternatively wipe the surface of NO MORE PLY with a damp sponge just prior to spreading the tile adhesive. If undertile heating is being used, prime with one part SBR to three parts water before laying undertile heating and tiles.
| 2. Overboarding Concrete Floors | |||

a) NO MORE PLY is ideal for covering dirty, cracked, worn out concrete floors. Always remove loose material, clean thoroughly and prime with one coat of SBR Primer (one part SBR to three parts water) before laying NO MORE PLY.

b) Make sure floor is clean and free from all loose material. NO MORE PLY boards must be primed both sides with one coat of SBR Primer (one part SBR to three parts water). For best results lay NO MORE PLY on single part flexible rapid set adhesive ensuring joints are staggered.

d) When floor is covered with NO MORE PLY, allow adhesive to set - see adhesive manufacturer's instructions on setting time. Sweep floor clean and you are ready for tiling.
| 3. Overboarding Walls | |||
| NO MORE PLY is also ideal for overboarding
walls. 'Dot and dab' 6mm NO MORE PLY boards with single part
flexi rapid set adhesive or Mega Strength Polyurethane Adhesive
- ideal for overboarding new brickwork, plastered or previously
tiled walls. In some applications plugging and screwing may be
necessary. Priming the boards before tiling will improve
adhesion. For timber stud walls use 1200 x 900 x 9mm NO MORE PLY boards, 35mm NO MORE PLY screws and Mega Strength Adhesive. |
